Refund Policy

Summary: First-time membership purchases on chemdbl.com are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are returned via the original payment method (PayPal).

1. Scope

This policy applies to membership subscription orders (VIP / SVIP / Business) paid online on chemdbl.com. Orders activated with a membership code are not covered.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

Within 7 days of a first-time purchase, if you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund without giving any reason.

3. Full refunds regardless of the 7-day window

A full refund is issued in the following cases: duplicate charges; payment completed but the membership was not activated (unless caused by the buyer's own account error); other processing errors clearly attributable to us.

4. Renewals and upgrades

Renewals and upgrades are generally non-refundable once activated. Unused activation codes can be refunded within 7 days of payment; redeemed codes cannot be refunded.

5. How to request

Send your request with the order number and PayPal transaction ID to [email protected], or submit it via the in-app Feedback page. We reply within 3 business days.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your PayPal account via the original payment channel. The actual crediting time is subject to PayPal, typically 5-10 business days.

7. Disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. You may also open a dispute through PayPal's resolution center.
